with garlic, grains of paradise, sea salt, honey, chili sauce, olive oil, rice vinegar, scallion

Pan Seared Tilapia

with chili-lime butter, cilantro

Drink:

Margarita

with lime, tequila, triple sec

Osaka Dry

with vodka, sake
